Include generated Unreal Engine 4 (UE4) headers in GoTo destinations

By default, Visual Assist omits generated UE4 header files from possible destinations of the GoTo Implementation (Alt+G) command. Include the generated UE destinations by changing the value of FilterGeneratedSourceFiles in the registry:

HKCU\Software\Whole Tomato\Visual Assist X\<IDE spec>\FilterGeneratedSourceFiles = 00

Set the value to 01 to restore default behavior.
